I also offer 1-2-1 sessions if you want help with a specific element of triathlon. These can also be done in small groups, up to 4 people.
Finally, I also offer nutritional guidance to help you stay in the best shape to maximise your training gains, and to help you get your race nutrition right – in the lead up to the race and during the race.
