Whether you want a training plan for just a few weeks ahead of a specific event, or year-round coaching, then contact me for more details of what would suit you best. Whatever the length of your plan:

  • There are no tie-in periods
  • No contracts or get-out clauses
  • No minimum sign-up periods

Historically I have always worked in Training Peaks, but recently have begun to move over to the TriDot platform, which utilises AI to make your training entirely specific to you, your genes (if you upload data), the time of day you are training, the weather in the location and many more data points. This is revolutionary as the system updates constantly depending on the training you record and ensures that subsequent sessions are at the correct intensity to keep you at the right limit of working hard, but never overtraining and slipping into excess fatigue. AI first and foremost does not replace the coach, but it means that as a coach I have absolute confidence that every session you do is 100% specific to your fatigue on that day, the conditions you are training in and that you are doing the right training at the right time every time.
